“My back pain seems to be completely healed. Even the bending-at-the-waist motion doesn’t seem to bother it this week. Here are the benefits of the work we’ve done so far:

1. Running and core strength training without back pain (Primary Goal)
2. Learned the primary source of tension in my body is hips, glutes, quads
3. Improved complexion
4. Learned about diet and health
5. Learned how to cook and incorporate healthier diet into my lifestyle
6. Learned that removing refined sugar from my diet boosts my energy and reduces anxiety *big one for me.
